Wyn Inn Purwokerto is a non-smoking hotel to ensure the comfort of all guests.

A designated smoking area is provided outside the hotel premises. Smoking in rooms or indoor hotel areas will incur a cleaning fee.

Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, additional services) are subject to availability and should be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Refunds for payments made via credit card will be returned to the original card used. For payments made via bank transfer or cash, the refund will be issued to the guest’s provided bank account.
